Situated on NC State’s award winning Centennial Campus, the Center for Technology & Innovation is a 104,988 square foot laboratory and office building located on the southwest corner of Main Campus Drive and Research Drive. The building features a dramatic three-story high bay, exclusive parking deck with covered bridge to the first floor lobby, first and second floor lobbies, and is LEED Silver Certified.

Situated on NC State’s Biomedical Campus, the Biomedical Partnership Center is a 44,500 square foot Class A laboratory and office building. Base building mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems designed for up to 75% wet labs. Location allows for easy access from I-40, I-440, Highway 54 and Blue Ridge Road. Provides space for ongoing research and collaboration opportunities with every college and department at the University.

StateView Hotel, a boutique Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, is NC State University’s first on-campus hotel situated on Centennial Campus. Nestled against Lake Raleigh, the 164-room hotel is next door to the NC State University Alumni Center and Lonnie Poole Golf Course.

The Bernstein Companies teamed with Bell View Partners, local Raleigh developers, to develop and manage a 135 key Aloft hotel directly across from the iconic NC State University Bell Tower. Situated on 1.3 acres along Hillsborough Street, the 7-story hotel began construction in Spring 2014 and opened to guests in November 2015.
